      We woke up to find that the Dodge had a flat tire again this morning, so we took it in for repair. It turned out that all of the tires were really worn down so we had to leave it to get them all replaced.

    A few hours later, the car was ready to go, so we headed downtown to Columbus to explore Short North.

      We headed to the Surly Girl Saloon which sells woman-brewed beers and is decked out in Western kitsch.

      I had a Surly Temple which was vodka and red soda.

      We then nipped in to Wholly Craft which is an awesome DIY shop.

      There were so many great things but I left with a 50c craft mag from the 70s.

    We then drove to Cincinnati where there was an amazing mushroom house.

      There was a really cute coffee shop opposite where I got a pumpkin spice latte and the staff gave us restaurant tips.

      We ended up at Indigo Casual Gourmet Cafe which was a great find.

      I had an apple and walnut salad which was served in a focaccia bowl.

      Cincinnati looked like a really cool city but we couldn't stay too long as we had to drive to Kentucky and to our hotel in Louisville.
