• We met up with Faheem for dinner after work in Holborn and he took us to Hiba Express for Lebanese and Palestinian food.

• We ordered some olives to start and Sambousek Bi-jebni which were deep-fried pastry cigars filled with feta cheese.
•

• We then had the Halloumi Cheese Wrap wrapped in toasted Lebanese bread. It was delicious.
