    Tom came over for a mini part at our house this morning. My parents gave him a coffee maker and we gave him a @[17062396577:Miffy] cake which we made last night.

      We then headed through to Edinburgh and managed to get the last two tickets for Bill Hick's Slight Return. It was really good and the comedian was just like Bill Hicks.

      After the show we went to Avalanche to see Sarah. As a birthday present she let us rake through the basement for posters we might like. We got about 50, including a huge Reindeer Section traffic sign, and she gave Tom a pink @[70757621078:Avalanche Records] t-shirt and the new @[116382168394176:Bright Eyes] 7".

      We went for dinner at Potterrow, where we had a large platter of food and lots to drink.

    After dinner we went to meet Jack and Emma and ended up sitting around in Stuart Mae's flat for ages talking about kid's TV and what Bernard should really have done with his watch.

      When it got late we headed to the Liquid Rooms to see @[59066302070: The Cuban Brothers]. They were really good from what I can remember and we got a signed photo.

      We knew it was time to leave when the post club DJ decided to play musical statues to the song from Ghost Busters.

    We then walked around Edinburgh while Jack tried to find somewhere that did would server food at 4 am but nowhere was open. I slept scrunched up on a sofa with Tom on the floor and Dom on the other sofa.
