As I had hoped, the party was at The Secret Herb Garden where we were handed glasses of prosecco, Edinburgh Gin cocktails and botanical beers on arrival.
-
-
Our first stop was the schoolroom where we were taught how to make flower crowns. The room smelled amazing and the choice of flowers, hops and greenery to pick from was so pretty.

All of the crowns turned out great and I was amazed at how well we suited them, especially Kenny & Tom.

All dressed up, we went for a walk in the gardens. The bees were sleeping but a tiny little mouse jumped in to Laura's jacket.

-
We then joined a tour of the orchard where Hamish taught us about the moon, plants, and fairies in his garden.
-
-
It was then time for dinner and we were given a hamper filled with a long loaf of bread and jars of hummous, pate, cheese and pickled vegetables to share.

-
To keep us entertained, there was a magician to show us tricks during our meal. It was actually really impressive seeing them performed up close.
-
-
For the main course, I tucked in to barbecued salmon with a stuffed mushroom, potatoes and a salad topped with flowers.
-
-
For dessert, we were given jars of eton mess which were really tasty too.
-
-
-
After dinner, we got to make our own beeswax candles.

Even though we'd spotted some spiders dangling from the roof, you can't come to a Google party without having at least one snap taken in their photo booth.

We were sad when it was time to go home but also excited that we'd get to ride in the camper vans again.
