      Today we went to Borough Market where it was Apple Day. The market was crowded and there were stalls selling apple juice, cider, apple pies and everything apple based you could name. There was even a play about apples being performed.

      The Globe does a really nice pot of orzo pasta salad, so we nipped in to get some for our lunch.

      We then went to the Tate Modern which had been overrun by gigantic spiders with bunk beds below them.

      Everyone was lounging around in the beds, some were reading books and some had even fallen asleep.

      We spent the rest of the evening on the South Bank, which is my Mum's favourite part of London.
