    We woke up in a characteristically rainy and foggy Seattle this morning and headed down to Pike Place for breakfast.

      @[1588673841:Beth] recommended trying the ricotta and marmalade crumpet from The Crumpet Shop and it was delicious.

      We then went for coffee at the first ever Starbucks. Bruce is the biggest Starbucks fan I know, so it was like a pilgramidge taking him there.

    We ordered our coffees to go and went for a wander around the city.

      We walked down Post Alley which has a wall covered in a million pieces of gum.

      We took photos in the photo booth and I bought a Mexican wrestling mask.

      We then drove up to the woods of Arlington to visit the Outback Kangaroo Farm.

      The kangaroos were so friendly, letting us pet and feed them.

      Another highlight of the tour was feeding llamas with our mouths, so it felt like kissing them. It was so tickly and soft.

      At the end of the tour we got to hold a baby joey which was the sweetest thing ever.

      It was then time to say goodbye to Bruce, so we dropped him off at the Greyhound Station so he could head back to Vancouver.

      We couldn't resist having a peek at Bill Gate's house of the future when passing through Redmond, the home of Microsoft.

      We stopped for dinner at the XXX Root Beer Drive-In.

      It was the coolest diner ever with car memorobilla covering ever blank bit of wall.

      This was the first proper meal we'd had since arriving back in America and we'd forgotten just how big the portions were. This milkshake was almost as big as Tom.

    After spotting signs to Sleater-Kinney Road, we knew we had to make a pit-stop in Olympia.

    Tom then made a stop so I could see the Nutty Brown's Bridge, which is the world's narrowest overpass for squirrels.
