• Afterwards we made our way down to Rotherhithe to go to the Brunel Museum.
  • The rooftop above the tunnel had been turned into a garden to host Midnight Apothecary.
  • The drinks were all inspired by the botanics from the garden and the menu sounded delicious.
  • We started with a Hibiscus & Blackcurrant Mojito and the Sage Advice cocktail with whisky, smoked sage and sour grape.
  • We then sat next to the fire where marshmallows were handed out to toast.
  • Next I had a Raspberry & Scented Geranium Sour while Tom had the Monk's Muse.
  • It was so nice sitting among the flowers and bees sipping cocktails.
  • Finally, Tom had the Woodland Martini with Douglas Fir Vodka and I had the Green Gin Cooler.
  • After our drinks, we were taken down into Brunel's Tunnel for a tour.
