      We started today with coffee and cake at Mason Blanc in Holland Park. We shared a chocolate and praline mouse cake which was delicious.

      We then headed in to town to pick up lunch from the Earl of Sandwich, a new sandwich bar which has opened in the city.

      We took our sandwiches away to eat on the roof of One New Change where you get an amazing view over St Paul's cathedral and the city.

      I had a tuna melt which was really tasty but a little greasy.

    We walked through the city to Liverpool Street. There were bankers everywhere!

      We met Graham and friends, who were visiting London for the day at the station and went for a drink at the White Horse, where we sat outside drinking with the bankers.
