      Today was the @[108112595902014:Sagen] press day at Soho's Secret Tea Room. It really was secret as we had to go behind the bar in the Horse & Groom pub and upstairs to find it.

      We sipped cups of tea while browsing the latest collection. I love the tiaras. If you don't know about the brand, you can read an interview with Elin Sagen in the latest issue of Snippets (http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/snippets/issue22/sagen). She makes jewellery out of broken pieces of porcelain and it's gorgeous!

    We bumped in to @[61003240:Felicity McLean] on her way back to work in the street afterwards and she dished out all the latest @[121138127106:LEAP ANYWHERE] gossip. We then attempted to get a US bank account in preparation for our trip.

      We went for lunch at Ottarian, a vegetarian fast food restaurant which aims to be carbon neutral.

      I had a mushroom quinoa burger which was delicious and chips made from sweet potato which were amazing. Tom had the Tex-Mex burger and it was awesome that I got to try a bite.

      @[102697870285:Haribo] were handing out free star mix in Trafalgar Square and playing happy music, so everyone was walking around chewing gummies.

      I love the ship in the bottle which is sitting on top of the 5th plinth.

      We also got to see the Olympic Clock. Tourtists were lining up to get their photos taken with it.

      We then went to see the smallest police station in London, which is in a tiny booth in one corner of the square. It was pretty messy inside.

    Tom has never walked up to the castle before, so we walked through the arch and up the mall.

      We stopped for a drink at Inn The Park, a cafe in St James' Park which remind me of the Boat House in New York. It had a lovely view.

    We then walked up to the palaces and stopped to admire the carvings of the Queen and Queen Mother.
