  1. Checkin at Geffrye Museum
    1. Edit

Today we headed to east London to go to the Geffrye Museum.

    2. Edit

The museum is an exhibition of 17 living rooms from across the decades. I love snooping around rooms, so this was the perfect place for me.

The 90′s room was my favourite, with it’s split level bedroom and that chair may be ugly but it’s the comfiest thing I’ve ever sat in.

    5. Edit

There was quite a cool photo exhibition downstairs. I love photos of messy rooms!

We then headed south of the river which can get a bit scary but there was a very cool mirror shop.

  3. Checkin at Thames Barrier
    1. Edit

Eventually we got to the Thames Barrier flood defence. Because we got there quite late, we got to look around the visitor centre for free!

    2. Edit

The Tate & Lyle sugar factory was on the other bank.

  4. Checkin at Wagamama
    1. Edit

Afterwards we caught the DLR to Canary Wharf and went for dinner at Wagamama. The food was soooooooo good, I can’t believe we’ve never been before. I had the Amai Udon noodles which had prawns, peanuts and lime.

    2. Edit

We also tried the dumplings and they give you free green tea with your food. I got a minty, yogurt drink which looked exactly like a sample of Thames water they had at the barrier centre.
