We were hosting Christmas in London again this year, so Mum, Dad and Nana came down to visit.

Everyone was quite sleepy after their big drive down from Scotland, so we put the Lego fire video on the TV and woke them up with coffee and cinnamon bagels.

It was then time to open presents. I'd got Mum and Nana some canvas prints of some of my photos.

Bobbin calls my parents the in-paws or Chrissypaws and Brianpaws so she got everyone a pair of paw socks for Christmas. It was fun trying to get her to pose for this photo - it looked like some kind of spiritual ritual.

It was then time for dinner and I'd decided to get experimental with our starters and make filo pastry Christmas crackers filled with goats cheese, walnuts, rosemary and cranberries.

As per tradition, Tom cooked a delicious salmon en croute with a side of minty potatoes.

Bobbin got her own mini heart-shaped Bobbin en croute which she sat on the table and tucked into while we were having ours.
