Kingsland Road has a little cluster of Vietnamese restaurants that I've been desperate to try out so we went to BunBunBun for dinner tonight.

We'd read that this was the best restaurant on the street and it was really busy, while the one next door was empty, so we knew it must be true.

I ordered the Bún chả nem chay, a tasty glass noodle salad topped with vegetable spring rolls.

Meanwhile Tom sipped away on a fish cake pho filled with tasty herbs.
