We ended up down in Catford where they had a giant cat statue above the shopping centre.

The shopping centre had some awesome brutalist architecture.

We stopped off in Lewisham to check out Aladdin's Cave, a second hand furniture store based in an old railway station that was voted one of London's top shops.

This corridor reminded me of the Heineken advert with the chairs everywhere.

I loved the sign on this Christmas tree wrapped in black bin bags that looked like a body.

We then went to see Stompie, the Bermondsey tank in Stompie Gardens.

A man who had his planning permission rejected asked the council if he could put a tank on his property and they agreed, thinking he meant a water tank.

I was busy picking up recipe inspiration from all the nearby street art.

We stopped off at Pressure Drop Brewery to pick up some beer to take home.

I discovered this amazing chai milkshake pale ale a few weeks ago and it's my new favourite beer.

We headed to Soho afterwards to join in the Pride celebrations.

The streets were covered in rainbow confetti.

Even the police were getting into the spirit and had glittered their beards.

We then headed to Regents Street to watch some of the parade.

All that rainbow watching and flying candy dodging had made us hungry so we headed to Ping Pong for dinner.

I ordered the #Instaflash cocktail which came served in a camera lens with bergamot, whisky, mint and peach.

We ordered all of favourites, including the prawn toast, vegetable puffs, black prawn dumpling and spinach mushroom dumpling.

They had some new Beijing quinoa gyoza on the menu, so I had to try them. They were filled with quinoa, mushrooms and cabbage and were pretty tasty.

We picked up some Pride special rainbow donuts from Doughnut Time before jumping on the tube down to Elephant & Castle.

I've been desperate to visit The London Palace Bingo and Tom finally agreed to take me for a game this evening.

We were the youngest people there, the bingo was so fast and the drinks were really cheap. It was amazing, I want to go every week!

We headed to The Artworks afterwards so that Tom could catch the last few minutes of the football.

We ordered some takeaway from Jama Havana who serve amazing Cuban sandwiches.

My favourite is their vegetarian Jama Jaca sandwich with smoked Bbq jackfruit. Their sweet potato fries are also really good and come served with mojo mayo.
