      Sybil was down in London today, so we met up with her, her cousin and Paul at Garlic & Shots.

      Tom tried a garlic beer which was filled with bits of floating garlic. It left quite the aftertaste and wasn't his cup of tea.

      We ordered a bunch of garlic snacks to share and it turns out there is a point when you can have too much garlic.

      Afterwards we went for cocktails and dessert at Basement Sate.

      I had the Provence cocktail with vodka, lavender syrup, mint, cucumber and lime. The desserts looked amazing, there was a chocolate cigar in a smoked box, carrot cake served in a plant pot with edible soil and Tom & I shared the Triple Chocolate Mirror Cake.
