We tried out Jihwaja, another of our local Korean restaurants this evening. As well as a restaurant, it also has lots of private karaoke rooms.
I had the sweet potato noodle japchae and we shared the seafood pancake pajeon.
Tom had the smoked salmon bibimbap with lots of rice and salad.
Afterwards we went for a glass of wine at the Tea House Theatre, somewhere we've walked past plenty of times and kept meaning to pop into.
I'd noticed that the furniture was looking a little scratched up when suddenly a black cat appeared out of nowhere and started scratching one of the chairs.
She then jumped up on my knee and suddenly I had a new favourite place to come and drink wine.
In the evening, we went to The Big Bingo Show at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern.
It was amazing, hosted by a drag queen and probably the most fun you can have in London on a Monday.
We also discovered that tonic water glows blue under UV lights, making my gin & tonic look nuclear.
