On the hunt for inspiration for my next video, we headed into Chinatown after work and went for drinks and nibbles at Opium Lounge.

The bar is hidden up a stairway behind an unmarked door, so you need to know what you're looking for.

Inside the bar was cosy and candle-lit with incense burning.

We ordered cocktails from the Zodiac menu which came served in the cutest animal mugs.

I had the Rabbit cocktail with dry gin, lychee, strawberry and prosecco.

Tom had the Tiger, which was his birth year with Cognac, sake, aloe vera and cherry blossom.

We also shared a dim sum platter with tasty dumplings.

We went shopping in the Chinatown supermarkets and bakeries afterwards, on the hunt for interesting snacks.

I got this adorable chocolate sponge Easter cake topped with a mousse chick and egg.

We also found some super pretty rose moon cakes.
