      We took my new satchel to be embossed at The Cambridge Satchel Company shop in Covent Garden this evening.

      They've got an Embossing Hut downstairs in the store and you can see examples of all the different colours they can print.

      I was quite tempted by the metallic baby pink but ended up going for my usual silver.

      We popped into the Moleskin shop afterwards, where I noticed they had an embossing machine for their notebooks.

      Exciting to have a matching set with my freshly embossed satchel, I got my bullet journal for 2018 embossed with my name and the year.

      It was our first Date Night of 2018, so I'd got us vouchers for pots of mussels and drinks at Belgo.

      Tom tried the Garlic + Herb mussels with sage, thyme, parsley while I had the Traditionelle with garlic, celery, onion, butter and white wine.

      We popped into Fopp afterwards where I got some new books and then we headed to The White Horse for a drink.
