      It was Mel's birthday, so she invited us over to check out her and Dave's new house at Kew Bridge. It was lovely and they fed us Bloody Marys while we watched the Crystal Maze.

      We headed to their local pub, One over the Ait for brunch afterwards.

      I had a pretty tasty plate of gnocchi topped with mozzarella, basic and sun dried tomatoes.

      Tom had fish and chips with a cod so big that it almost didn't fit on his plate.

      Afterwards we headed to The Stable for cider. It's the same chain as the The Stable we went to in Bristol which has amazing pizza, so we'll have to come back when we're hungry.
