      Tom and I liked to have our own mini Christmas party for CO+K and this year, I'd booked us an igloo for breakfast at Coppa Club at Tower Bridge.

      We headed along super early so it would be dark when we arrived and the sun would rise while we had breakfast.

      It was a super rainy day but it was still really cosy in the heated igloo with furry blankets on the seats to keep us warm.

      I tucked into a Super Bowl with quinoa, almonds, alfalfa, avocado, citrus fruits, spinach and seeds.

      Tom had eggs Benedict on muffins with kiln smoked salmon, spinach, eggs & hollandaise.

      It was daylight when we finished breakfast and we were wide awake to start work.

    We picked up some Christmas cakes and macarons from Paul to take home and have during our coffee break.
