For my next experiment in latte making, I decided to try a matcha latte.

Tom was away to the Facebook offices this evening, so I kept myself entertained by watching Nigella and baking cornbread.

I served it with pasta made using the leftover whisky cured salmon, pine nuts, parmesan and herbs.
