      We're back in Edinburgh for Tom's first week back at FreeAgent. It's so nice to be home but much colder than I'm use to after the mild London weather.

      Izzy booked us a room at the Leonardo Royal at Haymarket where we have a huge panorama of Calton Hill over our bed and sheep in the bath.

      It was far too cold and rainy to do much exploring, so I tucked myself away at Strumpets with a pot of chai tea latte and slice of banana bread.

      It was the perfect place to hide away from the weather and get some work done.

      Biscuits, the resident cat, didn't seem as bothered by the rain as me. It was so nice to see him again.

    Alex & Duncan invited us over to their place in Morningside for dinner. Their house is so nice and I love how they've decorated. They served calamari and tuna steak with a gorgeous bottle of wine.
