I've been wanting to try Cupcakes & Shhht in the Artworks at Elephant & Castle for ages and not just because of their awesome name.

I sipped on a pink latte with beetroot, vanilla and agave while pondering all the tasty things on the menu.

Sticking to the pink theme, I ordered the Pink Waffles topped with strawberries, honey, toasted almonds slices and vegan ice cream.

It looked so Pinterest perfect but our waitress was still apologetic that the ice cream wasn't pink too, as they'd ran out of the strawberry ice cream.

Tom had the shroom toast with garlic & parsley mushrooms on toast with black sesame and mixed seeds. It was equally as delicious, just slightly less photogenic because it wasn't pink.
