      We started our day on the South Bank near Tower Bridge.

      We then wandered down Bermondsey Street which was filled with cool shops, street art and ghost signs.

      This coffee shop had one of the funniest names I've seen and one of the best neon signs inside.

      We popped into Chapter 72 for an iced coffee and almond croissant.

      We nipped over the road to the Fashion & Textile Museum afterwards where we were reviewing the Anna Sui exhibition for CO+K.

  4. Checkin at Fashion and Textile Museum

      With nearly three decades of experience in the fashion world, Anna Sui has a lot of work to exhibit and London's Fashion & Textile museum has put together an exhibition featuring over 100 looks.

      Anna started off her fashion career in New York, studying at Parsons and held her first catwalk show in 1991.

      Her famous New York boutique is recreated as part of the exhibition with purple walls, Tiffany lamps and dozens of mannequins showcasing her collection.

      The looks showcase all the classic archetypes including surfer, punk, grunge, schoolgirl and nomad.

      Upstairs you can browse through cabinets filled with shoes, accessories and her gorgeously deisgned packaging.

      A corridor filled with mood boards gives a behind-the-scenes look at her inspiration and ideas, as well as her collaborations with other designers and artists.

      With music being such a huge influence on her work, you can catch an episode of MTV's Fashionable Loud where 90's rock band Elastica perform live to one her catwalk shows.

      The final room showcased a collection of artwork from various artists created to promote Anna's work, made famous by her iconic packaging.

      We went for brunch at Village East afterwards.

      Tom tucked into an amazing seared tuna benedict while I had a hot bowl of porridge with with banana, muscovado sugar and allspice.

      I also tried an interesting green cocktail with avocado.

      We headed to Canary Wharf and down to the Docklands.

      The Museum Of The Docklands had an exhibition of all the archaeological findings that had been dug up while working on Crossrail.

      Tom was so excited to dress up as a Crossrail worker.

  8. Checkin at Pizza Pilgrims

      We went for dinner at Pizza Pilgrims afterwards where it was Happy Hour with cheap pizza and 2 for 1 cocktails.

      I tried their Cherry Cola cocktail which tasted just like it's name.

      I ordered the Portobello & Truffle pizza while Tom had the Smoked Napoli with olives, capers and anchovies.
