As fun as Fashion Week is, it does mean getting up very early on the weekend. We decided to give breakfast in East London a chance for a change but it turned out to be a huge disappointing… so when it comes to brunch, West is best! (Unless you’re up early enough to go to Fifteen.)

It was Open Doors Day so we went to look around the awesome tube train offices that live on top of the buildings near Liverpool Street.

They’re used as art spaces and offices and I could image running CO+K from one of them.

The view is amazing and you’d get to stick your tongue out at all the people in the boring surrounding offices.

The boss could have their room in the driver’s booth (which had the same moquette fabric as our tube furniture) and make jokes about how they’re “driving the company forward”.

Some of the other trains had been painted but I’d prefer a clean one.

Afterwards we went on a really disappointing tour of St. Pancras, with a guide who didn’t know any facts but liked to guess anyway, and we didn’t even get to see the bits where Spice Girls filmed Wannabe.

After that, we headed back to the @[96845044850:London Fashion Week] press lounge for some cheese and vitamin water.

Then it was time for Bryce Aime’s Asiarama catwalk show, where the models had fabric take-out boxes on their heads. (My camera ran out of battery at this point, so back to iPhone snaps).

Afterwards it was the Fashion Shenzhen drinks reception and catwalk show at Freemason’s Hall, which had amazing canapés. The Urban Music Awards were also taking place in the building, so there were lots of confused looking masons walking around in between fashionistas and music industry types.

In the evening we went at Dave & Anna’s housewarming party in Canary Wharf. They had a BBQ on their roof terrace, which has an amazing view over the water and the Millennium Dome.
