      We stopped off for breakfast at Störtebäcker this morning.

      Someone had broken into the bakery a few nights before and ran off with their chai tea and a tray of bakewell tarts.

    We then jumped in the Fig and headed North into the Highlands of Perthshire.

      We passed by the Blair Athol Distillery and stopped off to get Dad a miniature of Bell's whisky.

      The scenery got snowier and snowier as we got higher up into the hills.

      Tom had read that all the ski slopes were open in Spittal of Glenshee, so we knew it would be a good place to go and play in the snow.

      On our way home, we stopped off in Perth where we noticed lots of lights across the river.

      The Norie-Miller Walk has been transformed into a light walk for Valentine's day with music, lights and performers.

      The entranceway was decorated with dozens of umbrellas creating a handy canopy to shelter from the snow.

    We picked up one of Waitrose's special Valentine dinners on the way home which came with these really pretty chocolate heart puddings for dessert.
