    Using seitan, I attempted to cook Tom Duck A L'Orange for dinner. I think it's the fanciest thing I've ever tried to make!

      We went to see Louis Theroux's new documentary, My Scientology Movie at Ocean Terminal this evening. It was pretty funny and there was an interview with Adam Buxton at the end.
