Brunch this Sunday was at Raoul’s on Clifton Road. A place we pass daily but have never tried. It was good though maybe a little overpriced.

Afterwards we checked out Toast, a new cafe that’s opened up on Formosa Street, near Warwick Avenue.

It reminds me a lot of the cafes in New York’s West Village, especially the brick walls. I really want a light up CO+K sign for our brick walls.

We shared a cute rabbit chocolate cake.

In the evening we wrapped up warm, with gloves and earmuffs and met up with the gang to watch the Thames Festival fireworks from the Millennium Bridge. Watching fireworks always gives me the urge to call my parents and wish them a Happy New Year.

Afterwards we warmed up with hot chocolate (with malteasers) on the South Bank.

Me and Lynz had an “yay we live in London” moment while admiring how pretty the city looked at night.
