    Each week, I'm going to challenge myself to cook with a new ingredient that I've never used before and this week it was a dragonfruit that I got from Whole Foods at the weekend.

    My first idea was to make a salsa, combining it with cucumber, spring onion, peppers and basil. We ate it for lunch with some corn chips and it was really refreshing.

    I then used the leftovers to make a Dragonfruit Punch for Cocktail Hour. Recipe coming soon...

    It was such a lovely evening, so we went for a drink in the beer garden at the Royal Ettrick.

    We spotted a graffiti Heisenberg on the side of the college, proving that Morningside is getting a little edgy these days.

    For dinner, we continued the pasta alphabet with a Lemon Pepper King Prawn Linguine.
