Luckies Of London sent me some of their awesome products for Craft Test on CO+K and I couldn't wait to try them out.

The first was a BBQ branding iron, and as we're pescatarians, I had to get creative thinking up meat-free recipes.

My first creation was a branded halloumi salad for dinner tonight which made the perfect alternative to a BBQ chicken salad.
