    Tom's starting to really enjoy our mission to cook our way through the pasta alphabet and tonight, he requested Spaghetti Puttanesca because he loves anchovies.

    This one was so good that I think we'll have to add it to our regular recipe rotation.

    I've been baking a bit less, since starting the pasta alphabet, and had a surplus of eggs to use up, so I decided to make Mushroom Foo Yung. It used to be one of our guilty take-out pleasures when I was younger, so I was surprised by how healthy and tasty the dish can be when you make it at home.
