I was so sad to see Thread & Heather, my favourite shop in the whole of Edinburgh close earlier this month. They had a huge sale on the last day to clear out the store and I bought their sewing table. I've always wanted a gorgeous old-fashioned Singer!

I also bought this frame which I decided to turn into a bead gallery for my craft desk. It's so massive that it can hold all of bead collection.

I had so much fun colour organising all the beads, with the help of Alison, and now it's so easy to see exactly what I've got in my collection and find the right bead for each project.

In other news, I've been practising French for almost a year now and I'm 50% fluent. I think a trip to Paris might be in order.
