    I've been busy infusing more syrups for my cocktail cabinet this week and my latest addition is thyme syrup.

  2. Checkin at The Blackbird

      We met up with Jon after work today and went for dinner at The Blackbird. The food is always so good there, if you're lucky enough to get a table and my halloumi fritters were so tasty and really filling. Afterwards, we went for a couple of drinks at Brahaus where we sat at the sewing machine table so I could swoon over the vintage Singer machine.

    It tastes really good on cakes but even better in cocktails, like this Gin Apothecary.
