    I heard on a cooking show that it's better to keep your butter out of the fridge and it certainly makes it easier to cream when baking, so I treated myself to a cute butter dish that looks like a cow.

    We invited Mum & Dad over for dinner and a Suits marathon after work, so I cooked everyone Quorn Chicken Pasta Alfredo. I just love having the excuse to serve anything in my heart shaped Le Cruset dish.

    For dessert, I used some of the triple sec that Adnams had sent to bake Mum's favourite cake, a Tunisian chocolate orange cake.
