  1. Checkin at Little Venice
    1. Edit

It was cold but we went down to Little Venice to feed the ducks - such a lovely way to get rid of stale bread.

  2. Checkin at Clifton road
    1. Edit

I spotted this line of pumpkins outside of one of the mansion blocks on Clifton Road today. I'm hoping they look like each of the housemates that carved them! I'm excited that Halloween seems to be more celebrated here in London than it is back in Scotland.

  3. Checkin at Tesco Express
    1. Edit

We went shopping for all the ingredients for our second @[170304082992864:Gordon Ramsay] cook along which is on TV tonight. The theme is a "credit crunch dinner that should cost under £10", however I ended up buying most of my ingredients from the organic supermarket, so they cost a bit more.

  4. Checkin at Maida Vale
    1. Edit

We then went for a walk around Maida Vale to spot pumpkins.

    2. Edit

I was a little sad that I didn't have my own pumpkin to carve this year but on the way home I spotted some tiny pumpkins in the window of Avalon Flowers. I picked one up and they told me to check out the pumpkins in the window of Plan 9, a cafe across the road.

  5. Checkin at Plan 9
    1. Edit

We'd walked past Plan 9 lots and thought it looked cool but this was our first time stopping in. They call it a "space in time cafe" after the movie of the same name and the staff have cool uniforms. There's a poster on the fridge claiming "@[7310480740:Amy Winehouse] stole our uniform".

    2. Edit

The cafe was decorated for Halloween and the staff had made spider fascinators.

    3. Edit

Their pumpkins were cut with Jack Skellington mouths and they had other which were eating the baby pumpkins.

    4. Edit

Dad treated us to a plate of gingerdead men.

    5. Edit

Our hot chocolates came dusted with a spider and skull and Mum's cappuccino had "boo" written in the foam.

  6. Checkin at Maida Vale
    1. Edit

We headed home, where Tom was waiting for us and got ready to start the cook along. I carved my mini pumpkin!

    2. Edit

This time the starter was a mint and pea soup.

    3. Edit

The main course was lasagne, which I made with @[31096095688:Quorn] mince and was equally as yummy.

    4. Edit

The dessert was lemon syllabub, with ginger biscuits crumbled on top.
