My KitchenAid feels like the gift that keeps on giving because there was an offer for free goodies from Joseph Joseph when Tom ordered it. A set of cutting mats, knives and a kitchen scale arrived today and it felt like Christmas all over again.

I tested out my new goodies by baking a peanut butter pie today. I first tried this on the Amtrak train from New York to New Orleans and it fuelled my love for peanut butter, so when Tom put a jar of Three Nut Butter in my stocking, I knew it would be the perfect recipe to use it in.

Kinkajou sent me one of their bottle cutters, so I used it to turn two glass soda bottles into glittering wine glasses with the help of dishwasher safe modpodge.

I loved how they looked topped up with bubbly prosecco.
