Tom invited Duncan over to watch the F1 tomorrow which is in Russian, so we headed to the Polish Deli to find as many strange sounding Russian snacks as we could.

I also baked a batch of borsch cupcakes which are a chocolate & beetroot cupcake with a white chocolate & vodka ganache.

I experimented by using my fuse tool to fuse a piping bag in half and then filled one side with white ganache and the other with red to create a two-toned look.

We took a drive in the evening and passed by this awesome looking tower. I thought it would make an ideal filming location.
