I always forget to eat breakfast, so as an intensive, I'm been inventing new recipes to try. First up, I made some overnight oats with berries and apricot.

My French lessons have started to take a sinister turn as I learn the words for killing and murder.

The challenge was to make frangipane tarts on the Great British Bake Off this week, so I decided to make mine chocolate, ginger and apricot with a hint of rum.

It was the perfect opertunity to try out my Crafterella cake stencil from Sophia Victoria Joy and I loved how it looked.
