Makes Kit sent me a jewelry stamping kit in my big box of goodies and the first idea that popped to mind was to make a cat collar.

It was great timing because Calum & Harriet had invited us over to meet their new kitten Starbuck, so I grabbed my crochet hook and started making a collar.

I decided to make a little Peter Pan collar with stars on either side and a little bell with the name tag in the middle.

I'd underestimated just how small a kitten could be and Starbuck was roughly the same size as my camera. We'll have to wait for her to grow up before seeing her model the collar.

We had a lovely time seeing Calum & Harriet's new house and having dinner. Starbuck jumped in my satchel at the end of the night and I was so tempted to take her home with us.
