Dad had got Tom tickets to see jazz tonight, so Mum and I treated ourselves to dinner at Redwood. We shared the amazing salad I had last time and the halloumi fritters. There's so much I want to try on their menu but everything I've tried is already my favourite.

We went for a glass of wine at Cafe Grande afterwards and it was just warm enough to sit outside under blankets, crochet and guess what everyone who went into Sainsbury's would buy - a game which has become a lot more fun since the 5p bag charge started!
