Kenny & Claire invited us to a BBQ at their house so I tried to think up a recipe that everyone would like to take along with us.

I baked a batch of mini red velvet donuts with a cream cheese glaze and sprinkled them with meringue pieces.

I'd picked up a voucher for tapas and wine at The Priory, so we invited my parents along for lunch. The vegetarian options were pretty slim but I tucked into a tasty tortilla and butter bean dip while Tom chewed on calamari and fish cakes.

It was then time for the BBQ in the evening which meant we finally got to see Kenny & Claire's amazing Lego collection and give Jura lots of cuddles.
