It's been a while since I made pancakes so I decided to treat Tom to an extra big plate double chocolate chip pancakes this morning. He looked very happy after he'd finished them.

At the BBQ last weekend, Claire's Mum asked me how I made the box that Kenny gave Claire her macaroons in about a year earlier, which inspired me to make a tutorial using our new stamp from Maemae & Co.

It seemed a bit of a waste making all these nice baking boxes without anything to put in them, so it was the perfect excuse to bake a batch of red velvet swirl cookies.
