I decided to use some Iordanov Vodka to bake a batch of liquorice & vodka macaroons with lavender shells.

Lady Of The Glen dropped off some sample of their whisky for us to experiment with and come up with pairings.

I invited Mum and Dad (the whisky expert) over for a dinner party to help with the pairings and cooked some apple & walnut chutney with rosemary & pumpkin seed oatcakes.
