    It was another hot day in the office so we decided to cool off by making some coffee liqueur pops during Cocktail Hour.

      We popped in to see Phil and drop off the melted crayon art I'd made for their store.

      We decided to kick off the weekend early with a drink at Akva so we sat outside and sipped elderflower cider while I started crocheting a bag kit that Wool & The Gang had sent.

    We came home to find a box of fresh garlic scapes which had arrived from The Really Garlicky Company.

    We got a surprise when we opened the box to find tentacle like scapes and decided to turn them into pesto with basil, parmesan and lots of pine nuts.

    It tasted really good on pasta which we enjoyed out on the balcony with a bottle of wine.
