    I've been finding it hard to tidy up the kitchen without baking recently so in an attempt to declutter our cereal collection, I baked a batch of granola cookies. The granola caramelised in the oven making the cookies extra chewy and gooey when they came out.

      Mum & Dad treated us to a picnic on top of Blackford Hill tonight with all of our favourite Quorn snacks and wine.

      Jenny & Dave came to stay in the evening, so we picked them up from the station and went for a drink at Akva and Bennet's.
