I'd forgotten how cute the canal becomes in the summer until I spotted all of these ducklings swimming in a neat line.

We've been craving healthier meals recently so I decided to whip up a salad with strawberry, basil and grilled halloumi for dinner. I think tis will become a regular dish during the summer at our house.
