It was so nice being able to wake up and have coffee on our balcony this morning.

I was even inspired to bake a nice for lunch, just so we could sit out and eat it.

Alex & Duncan invited us over for dinner in the evening and cooked an amazing Pad Thai. We sat in the garden where there were some adorable fox cubs running around.

I'd baked a Tunisian Orange Cake to bring along, inspired by one I had tried at the Secret Herb Garden a couple of weeks ago. I made another two cakes so I could make Mum a birthday cake the next day.
