I had some egg whites left after making a key lime pie yesterday and the Meringue Girls had sent me a bottle of their vanilla paste, so I decided to bake some meringues.

I infused them with rosewater and sprinkle the tops with edible rose petals so they tasted all lovely and floral.

They came back to ours to stay afterwards and I got to test out my homemade Irish cream on them.
