After finding a packet of steamed bunnies at the oriental supermarket the other week, I was feeling inspired to make my own cute steamed buns. Alex had mentioned that the new Lotus Biscoff cookie spread is so good that you can eat with a spoon, so I decided to use it as my filling and make steamed cats.

I told Tom that he could have whatever he wanted for dinner tonight, even if it meant inventing a recipe for something new and he asked for meatball pho. Using Quorn mince, I mixed up some meatballs and made my very best attempt to recreate the taste of pho. Tom thought it was delicious.
