It was May Day today and it's really starting to feel like spring outside (if you ignore the odd snow showers) with all the pretty blossoms in the trees.
Inspired by the flowers, I decided to make a Jackalope crown using some of the leftover twigs from our walk in the glen yesterday.
It was really easy to make and would have been perfect to wear to Beltane had I not got the dates mixed up and missed the fire festival last night.
It's been ages since we've had pasta and we had a bit of a hankering for it tonight, so I cooked some up with caramalised onion chutney, goats cheese and pine nuts.
