Even though the day was filled with April showers, the sunny periods were nice enough to tempt us out for a walk.
We ended up at Roslyn Glen which was really pretty. We weren't the only ones having a walk though, there were lots of pagans there for Beltane, dressed up and playing bongo drums.
I brought along my latest craft project so I could hunt for branches which looked like Jackalope antlers.
There was a really cool looking castle hidden in the middle of the glen which felt a little dangerous to walk around.
There was a warning for deer on our drive home but the only animal we saw was Maisie on the back of a bus.
It's been ages since we went for pho so we went to the Vietnam House for dinner tonight where I had fishcakes and the house salad. They were both so good.
At the end of the meal, Jodie brought us a tasty dessert drink thing which was filled with basil seeds, coconut jelly & lychees.
